Why can't I see my payroll contributions yet?

Payroll contributions are withdrawn from your employer's bank account once the payroll file is submitted. After the file is uploaded, it usually takes 2-3 business days for the system to receive and invest the funds, which will then appear in your plan. If you do not see the funds in your plan after 3 business days, please first check with your employer to ensure they have submitted the payroll file. If the file has been submitted and there are still issues, contact Common Wealth support for further assistance.
