Our online support articles, blogs and product videos give members on-demand access to information, education materials, FAQs, and more. - Guided Enrollment
Even though the self-serve enrollment is quite intuitive, some people feel more comfortable with a guided approach. Upon request, we’re able to help employees set up their accounts and walk them through things like making transfers from their existing TFSA/RRSP accounts. - In-App Alerts
All members will see in-app suggestions and feature alerts. - Plan Review
Your employees are able to schedule a 1:1 plan review with a member of our Customer Success Team to discuss details of their plan and ensure they are getting the most out of their plan. Plan review calls can be scheduled using this link here.
