When Logged Out
If you've forgotten your password and can't sign in to your account, follow these steps:
- Click "Forgot password" on the login screen.
- Enter your email address in all lowercase letters.
- Create a new password.
A verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code to verify your identity, and you'll be prompted to sign back into your account.

When Logged In
If you remember your password but want to change it, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the member dashboard.
- Click on the Profile drop-down menu with your name in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to "Update my login information".
A verification code will be sent to your registered email to confirm your identity. Enter the code, and you will be able to successfully change your password.
