If you've left your employer and cannot log in because your work email is no longer in use, follow these steps:
- Attempt to log in with your old work email (in all lower-case letters) and password.
- If you can log in, update your email address to one you currently use by selecting your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting “Update my login information” from the drop-down menu. This feature is only available on the computer version of your plan.
If you do not remember your password because it was kept in a password vault or you do not remember it and you cannot log in because your work email is no longer in use, please start a chat below with our Customer Success team for assistance or submit a request.
