Are you having trouble signing into your Common Good Plan account? Don't worry, here are some easy steps to help you get back in quickly. Before you reattempt your login, ensure you are using the correct sign-in page: https://my.commongoodplan.ca/sign-in.
1. Check Your Email Case Sensitivity
Make sure you enter your email address in all lowercase letters. The email field on our login page is case sensitive, which means 'YourEmail@example.com' and 'youremail@example.com' are seen as different.
2. Confirm Your Email Address
Did you sign up with your work email or your personal email? It's important to use the same email address you registered with to log in.
3. If You've Left Your Employer
If you've changed jobs and still know your old password, try logging in using the email associated with your previous employer. Once you're logged in, you can update your email to your current one. If you can't log in because your account was linked to a work email that you no longer have access to, please start a chat with our Customer Success team for assistance.
4. Resetting Your Password
If you think your password is incorrect, click "Forgot my password" on the login page. This will allow you to reset it via a verification code sent to your email. Remember, your email should be entered in all lowercase.
5. Common Wealth Plan or Common Good Plan?
If you work in the non-profit sector, you might accidentally try to sign into the Common Wealth Plan instead of the Common Good Plan. Please make sure you're using the correct site. Common Good members should log in here: https://my.commongoodplan.ca/sign-in.
